Payment Methods
Payment Methods
1. Available Payment Options on the Order Page
On the order confirmation page, the system currently provides only the following payment options to complete a transaction:
-
Visa
-
MasterCard
The payment methods displayed on the page represent the currently available options. Payment tools not listed are not supported.
2. Handling of Information Security During Payment
All payment operations occur within a secured payment environment.
Information such as card number, expiry date, and security code is used solely to verify the current transaction.
Payment information is not stored in the account records or order details, and will not be reused in subsequent processes.
3. Composition of the Order Amount
On the checkout page, the total order amount typically consists of:
-
Product price
-
Shipping fee (if applicable)
The product price displayed on the product page already includes all necessary fees associated with the item, such as:
-
Australian GST (10%)
-
Routine import or customs clearance fees (if applicable)
The amount shown at checkout represents the overall reference total for the order.
4. Understanding Payment Exceptions
If a payment is interrupted, fails, or the page does not update, this may be due to network conditions, payment verification steps, or temporary system responses.
In such cases, whether the payment has been successfully processed should be determined primarily based on the payment provider’s transaction record, supplemented by the order page status for confirmation.
5. Supplementary Notes on Responsibility
In payment processing, the following situations are generally considered objectively and are not used as sole grounds for assigning responsibility:
-
Payment interruptions caused by network or device conditions
-
Variations in verification speed of the payment provider
-
Delays between page display and actual processing
-
Status changes resulting from multiple payment attempts
This explanation is intended to clarify the objective limitations of the payment process, and does not constitute responsibility assignment to any party.
